The CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road)
The legislation of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act
The General Terms and Conditions of the Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association (ELEA)
The liability of ARTI Transport OÜ as a freight forwarder and/or carrier is regulated in accordance with the ELEA 2015 General Terms and Conditions and the CMR Convention.
